1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket to the Salt Lake City Derby Party, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or attend the Event.

2. Event Tickets & Admission

2.1 Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets may not be resold for above face value.

  • Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid, scannable ticket and matching ID.

2.2 Age Requirements

  • The Event is 21+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

  • No exceptions will be made for anyone under the legal drinking age.

2.3 Right to Refuse Entry

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or violation of any Event rule. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

3. Event Changes, Weather, and Cancellation

3.1 Event Modifications

  • We may adjust programming, venue layout, entertainment, or schedules at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Weather Policy

  • The Salt Lake City Derby Party is a rain-or-shine event.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the Event is officially canceled by the Company.

 
3.3 Cancellation

  • If the Event is canceled entirely by the Company, ticket holders will be informed of refund or credit options. Processing fees may not be refundable.

 

4. Health, Safety & Liability

4.1 Assumption of Risk

  • By attending, you understand and accept that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • alcohol consumption

    • outdoor event conditions

    • crowded spaces

    • interaction with live animals (if applicable)

  • You agree to attend at your own risk.

4.2 Release of Liability

  • Salt City Muse LLC, the venue, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for:

    • injury

    • illness

    • loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Company from all liability arising from attendance at the Event.

4.3 Compliance with Laws

  • Guests must comply with all Utah state laws, including alcohol and conduct regulations.

​

5. Photography, Videography & Media Release

  • By entering the Event, you grant Salt City Muse LLC full rights to use photographs, video, and audio of you for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media, it is your responsibility to notify event staff before entering photo-active areas.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • For the safety of all attendees, the following are not permitted:

    • outside alcohol or beverages

    • weapons of any kind

    • illegal substances

    • drones or unauthorized cameras

    • aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behavior

  • Staff reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items.

7. Refunds & Transfers

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable.

  • Name transfers may be permitted up to 72 hours before the Event, depending on availability.

  • VIP table purchases are non-transferable unless specifically authorized by the Company.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Sponsors

  • We may host vendors, sponsors, and partners at the Event.

  • We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services provided by third parties.

9. Website Use

9.1 Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including branding, graphics, text, photography, and design—is the property of Salt City Muse LLC.

  • You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

9.2 Website Accuracy

  • While we make every effort to provide accurate information, errors or updates may occur. We do not guarantee that all website content is current or error-free.

10. Privacy

  • We collect limited personal information for ticketing and communication purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as needed for Event operations.

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salt City Muse LLC, its owners, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your actions, violations of these Terms, or participation in the Event.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Utah.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in Salt Lake County, Utah.
