Valet Parking
All vehicles must be valet parked. Valet is complimentary for all guests. Please follow the signs directing you to the south side of the property for valet drop-off.
Don’t Drink and Drive!
Please remember to plan ahead for transportation. We encourage you to take advantage of valet or arrange alternate transport if needed.
VIP Check-In
VIP guests will have a dedicated check-in at 1:20 PM. Please arrive promptly to ensure a smooth entry.
General Admission Check-In
General admission guests will check in at 2:50 PM.
Wristbands & Drink Tickets
You will receive your wristbands and drink tickets at check-in, listed under the ticket holder’s name.
Dress Code
Derby Chic attire is required. Please no street clothes or denim. Think elegant springtime flair with a statement piece. We want everyone to look fabulous!
VIP Raw Bar
The exclusive VIP raw bar will be available from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. Be sure to take advantage of this special offering during that time!
Best Dressed Contest
The Best Dressed Contest will take place at 4:00 PM. Make sure to flaunt your fabulous outfit for a chance to win!
Race time
The race will begin at 4:45 PM – don’t miss it!

The event will officially wrap up by 6:00 PM, so please make sure to enjoy every moment.
Included Drinks
Some drinks are included with your entry. Additional drinks can be purchased via credit card at the main bar or bourbon bar.
Food
All food will be hand-passed by the catering company, so ensure you grab what comes around to you.
ID Requirement
Please bring a valid photo ID, as it will be required for entry and to receive your drink tickets.
no coat check
We won’t be offering coat check, but with warm and sunny weather, you won’t need a coat.
